MedicalPenang helps you find a hospital or clinic. It cannot tell you what is wrong or what treatment you need. Ask a doctor. In an emergency, call 999.
Check with the clinic before you go
On each hospital and clinic page, every fact shows where it came from and when. Details such as phone numbers and opening hours change, so confirm with the hospital or clinic before you rely on them. When we find an error we correct it and log the correction.
A listing is not a recommendation
Being listed means a place exists and its details come from a source we can show you. It does not mean we have assessed the quality of its care.
Comparisons are independent
Where we compare hospitals or clinics, nobody pays for it and nobody can pay to change it.
Sponsored places will be labelled
If a clinic or hospital pays for extra visibility, such as a place at the top of a list, the listing will say “Sponsored”. Paid places never appear inside a comparison table, and payment never changes a fact.
