Your listing on MedicalPenang is free. Every fact on it shows where it came from and when, and nobody can pay to change a fact.
What your listing shows
Facts we can cite: your name, address and phone from a public register or the state’s open data, or from your own website; accreditation only from the accrediting body’s own register; and opening hours as you publish them. Each fact links to its source and shows the date we read it. We do not publish reviews or star ratings.
Free, once you claim your listing
- Add details only you can give: opening hours, a WhatsApp number, the insurers you accept, or whether you take walk-ins. Where we hold no sourced fact for that detail, yours is shown, marked as supplied by the clinic. It never replaces a fact from a register or from our own check.
- A monthly listing report, described below.
The listing report
Each month: how many times your phone number, WhatsApp, website or directions link was tapped on this site, and where on the site the tap happened. Taps on a hospital’s emergency line are counted separately and never as enquiries. A tap is not a person or a patient: the report cannot tell whether a call connected or a visit followed.
Paid options, later
We plan to offer extra visibility: a labelled slot above a category list, and a fuller listing with photos and a factual description. Every paid place will be labelled “Sponsored”. The list below a sponsored slot keeps its usual order. A paid place never appears inside a comparison table, where hospitals or clinics are set side by side on the same facts, and it never changes a fact. Prices and terms are not set yet.
Never for sale
- A fact, an accreditation or an ownership record
- A place inside a comparison table, or its order
- A review, a rating or a patient testimonial
- A share of your treatment fees, or a success fee for each patient treated
Claiming is not open yet
When it opens, you will confirm that you run the clinic through a link sent to an email address at your clinic’s own website domain, or through a manual check. Claims and corrections will open together with a way to contact us, and anyone will be able to report a wrong fact, claimed or not. Until then, your listing stays as it is: free, with its sources shown.
