Privacy
In short: the only thing you type that we keep is an error report, if you send one. The site uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. It counts taps on a listing’s contact links, without recording who you are.

What you give us
Only what you type into “Spotted something wrong?”, if you use it: which page it is about, what kind of fact, what you wrote and any link you add. It asks for no name or contact details, and we do not record your IP address or device with it, so we cannot reply. Please do not include personal or health details. We use reports only to check and correct the listing, and delete each one 90 days after we have dealt with it. There are no accounts or sign-ups.
Your location
“Nearest to you” asks your browser for your location only when you press the button. The distances are worked out on your own device. Your location is not sent to us and is not stored.
When you tap a listing’s contact links
When you tap a hospital’s or clinic’s phone number, WhatsApp, website or directions link, we count that tap against the listing, with the time and where on this site it happened. Our own count does not include your IP address, your device or anything that identifies you. We use these counts to show each hospital or clinic how often people contact it.
Cookies and analytics
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics, this page will say so, and say exactly what it records, before it is switched on.
Services your browser connects to
- Our web host (Vercel) delivers the pages. Like any web host, it handles your IP address, your browser type and the page you ask for, to deliver the page and keep the service secure, and its request logs record them. Its servers may be outside Malaysia, including in the United States.
- The map (OpenFreeMap): when a page shows a map, your browser loads the map images from OpenFreeMap’s servers, which receive your IP address as part of that request.
- Links to other services such as Google Maps, Waze, WhatsApp and clinic websites open those services, which handle your data under their own privacy terms.
Before anything changes
Before we add a form, for example for a clinic to claim its listing or for you to report an error, this page will name who runs the site, what each form collects and why, how long it is kept, and how to ask for it to be corrected or deleted. Health details are treated as sensitive and are never collected without your explicit consent.
